I'm not going to any festivals this year.... except maybe "Hydro" Connect at the end of August....

Any chance of playing any headlining gigs?Perhaps in say Scotland, preferably Edinburgh, but ill travel to Glasgow or Dundee or Aberdeen if I have to....

Tell me, UK people: how many UK headline tours have Delays done in the past 2 years? Exactly. Sorry, I'm just a bit frustrated at the moment, after work. Sometimes it's hard to see you people complain about a cancelled gig or a lack of gigs whereas Holland has been deprived of any Delays for the past 2 years (not that you don't have the right to sulk, I would too). But I am still waiting for my first Delays fix, and I need it soon.

 To the best of my knowledge i have been on 3 or 4 headlining gigs. Since 2006 i think? There may have been a few more as wel. And have seen them at 2 festivals.... I think...I'm not sure. I didn't get into Delays until YSC was released. But every gig has been magical. Lol, what an awful word

the boys usually do 3 headline tours each year (methinks) been too about 10 of their gigs now, only 1 cancelled. I reckon they will do some touring again in october after festival season has finished.

 Hope they come over your way soon Emmi but if not get yourself over to the UK and see 'em be worth it I can promise.

Yeah I reckon an autumn tour, possibly of smaller venues to break in some new material - I reckon it'd make sense to get some of this new material out as soon as possible, they've got nothing to lose!

Yeah I think they should have released Lets Keep it Simple bit earlier really, suppose they hope to get some attention from festivals before releasing the single.

Yeah, I will fly my arse over to the UK at the next convenient moment. Convenient moment is the tricky part I guess. How about them playing in London or Oxford on the 20th, 22nd, 23rd or 24th of October? I'm going to see the Boosh at Brixton Academy on the 21st so I'll be in London anyway.

Ah, and weren't they just the most wonderful days of summer too - the glorious sound of the Boys, the late summer sunshine, GOF so fresh and new just blowing everyone away night after night,  the Apartmentalists and their zebra wrangling.   *remembers so fondly*
